Each winter, the Choo Choo Barn closes for approximately three months for renovation and cleaning. Often, people have asked what goes on "behind the scenes" during this time...How do we clean the middle of the layout? How did we build that new animation?, etc.
We love sharing this information with you, as we feel that you will gain a new appreciation for the layout and the work that goes into maintaining
it. We have taken hundreds of pictures and chronicled the winter months since the year 2000.
